As an avid DIY’er, I own several cordless drill/drivers and impact drivers that get consistent workouts on a multitude of projects. The raw power that seems to be increasing yearly in these tools has even lessened the need for expensive air tools in mechanics shops.
When it comes to finer, more delicate work, it’s still nice to know that a tool like the Hitachi DB3DL2 screw gun exists. I’ve used the Hitachi screw gun on numerous projects, including car interior component removal and replacement, electronics repair, bathroom fixture installation, and anywhere else that requires a friendlier touch. I love the unique trigger design, which makes it a comfortable tool to use for an extended period of time, and it provides a high level of balance and control in the hand. The dual-position handle adds to its versatility for use in many work situations.
